Day Twenty-Two: Here we go with attitude again!

Honestly, I could have written the entire book on attitude if I chose too, so this is very simply for today. Let’s NOT be the camel. One by drinking our water, and two by having a great attitude about what you are going to do next.

Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extension- Lie on a bench and hold the dumbbells overhead, with arms extended. Lower the dumbbells by bending elbows, until they are at the sides of your head. Extend your arms back up, and repeat for desired repetitions.
