Day Twenty-Six: Be the best you that you can be

The title speaks for itself and the exercise you are about to do.

Cable Triceps Kickback- Face a cable machine, with a low cable attachment. Grasp the handle with one hand, and take a step back from the machine. With your feet together and knees slightly bent, bend down so your body is about parallel to the floor. Start with your elbow in about a 45 degree angle, and keep it close to your side. Keeping your elbow in place, extend your arm back as far as you can. Squeeze your triceps, and return to the starting position. Complete for desired repetitions on each arm.
