Day Twenty-Seven: Here we are breathing again.

Actually, as you know, you should be breathing during all of the exercises we are doing. Typically it is exhaling on the effort. So if you are curling, like in today’s exercise, you would exhale when you are curling the weight up and exhaling when lowering the weight down.

Barbell Bicep Curls- Stand with feet hip with apart, and grasp bar with a shoulder width, underhand grip. Slowly curl the bar up towards your chest, until your forearms are vertical. Lower arms until fully extended and repeat for desired repetitions.

TRAINING TIP: Don’t swing your arms to complete the reps. Lighten the weight to be able to use proper form.
