Day Twenty-One: What do you see in the gym mirror?
If you don’t see a beautifully made, creative, beautiful, unique, blessed person, do some of Day One’s exercises combined with a sprinkle of Day Five and throw in some Day Six and start over.
Look in the mirror and do the following exercise with a true love for who is starring back at you. That is the best workout partner you could ever ask for. I chose an exercise perfect for this.
Barbell Preacher Curl- Sit on a preacher bench, and place the back of your arms against the pad. Grasp a curl bar with a shoulder width, underhand grip. Raise the bar up towards you until your forearms are vertical. Slowly lower the barbell until your arms are fully extended and repeat for desired repetitions.
