Day Twenty-Four: What’s your problem?
Why is it that for so many, we have a problem when it’s time to take care of the one body we’ve been blessed with? “I hate the gym” or “Exercising is no fun.” STOP! Just do the following with a new attitude with Day 22’s exercise added in for fun. See how we can stack each day’s lesson on top of the other? We combine them to create a great program—same with our exercises. It’s just like how we add certain exercises that compliment the other.
Crunch- Lie supine, hands behind head, knees bent, and feet flat on the floor. Flex at your waist to raise upper torso off the floor. Return until your shoulders are back on the floor, and repeat for desired number of repetitions.
