Dumbbell Tricep Kick Backs- Hold two dumbbells with your palms facing in towards your body. Feet should be shoulder width apart, with your knees slightly bent. With your knees bent, bring your torso slightly forward. Your arms should be in a 90 degree angle, with your elbows pressed against your body.


Keeping your elbows where they are, press the weights backwards, fully extending your arms. Bring the dumbbells and arms back in towards your body, so they are once again in a 90 degree angle. Repeat for desired repetitions.
