Day Thirteen: Decisions, decisions, decisions


I’m hoping by now that you have firmly decided that exercise will be a part of your daily routine. I’ve done my best to break it down so far just like our mental exercises. If you haven’t yet, I understand and fully expect you’ll get it when you re-read the book and do it all over again.

 

Dumbbell Incline Chest Press- Sit down on an Incline Bench, with a Dumbbell in each hand. Position the dumbbells on each side of your chest, with the dumbbells just above your upper arms. Press the dumbbells up, until your arms are fully extended. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the sides of your chest, and then p

ress back to the top position. Repeat for desired repetitions
