Day Ten: Why Do I go to the gym?

Good question, why do we eat? Brush our teeth? Clean our bodies? To maintain a healthy body!! If that is your first WHY, it makes every other why seem so basic. So, WHY don’t we do some abs today!?

Heel Touches- Lie on the floor with your knees bent, and feet on the floor. Your arms should be extended by your sides. Crunch your torso up, and reach towards your heels with your hands. Lower back to the starting position, and repeat for desired repetitions.

TRAINING TIP: You can also do alternating heel touches, reaching with one arm, and then the other. Alternate arms for desired repetitions.
