Hint: The ONLY exercise where you should ever hold your breath is swimming underwater. All others require breathing, and with today’s mental exercise, the exercise of breathing is vital. Let’s start by taking the next 10 breaths in VERY deep through your nose and exhale like a “sigh” out your mouth. It will help if you visualize the person or people you are choosing to forgive.
It may seem simple, but it’s vital, especially when you are feel frustrated, nervous, anxious, or mad. Let today’s exercise serve you in such a way that keeps you calm and relaxed regardless of the circumstance.
