Day Nineteen: Pressure= Resistance

Pressure, resistance—same thing, different environment. Let today’s resistance exercise provide the pressure that your muscles need to be strong and that you need to increase your metabolism.

Dumbbell Seated Shoulder Press- From a seated position, hold two dumbbells, and bring the dumbbells up to chin height, with your elbows in a 90 degrees position. Extend through your elbows to press the weights overhead. Slowly lower to the starting position, and repeat for desired repetitions
