Day Nine: Goals

It’s my opinion that goals can often times be a stumbling block for many, especially in the gym. If you are too focused on just getting 10 reps and you don’t consciously do the first 9 with proper form and execution, you’ve blown the entire set and you are missing out on 90% of the benefit and wasting a TON of time So with goals in mind for today, let’s focus our minds on clean reps, every single one of them.

Standing Overhead Triceps Extensions- Stand with your feet shoulder with apart, and hold the barbell overhead, with a narrow overhand grip. Lower your forearms behind your upper arms, keeping your elbows overhead. Extend forearms overhead. Lower back down, and repeat for desire repetitions.
