Cable Tricep Kickback- Face a cable machine, with a low cable attachment. Grasp the handle with one hand, and take a step back from the machine. With your feet together and knees slightly bent, bend down so your body is about parallel to the floor. Start with your elbow in about a 45 degree angle, and keep it close to your side. Keeping your elbow in place, extend your arm back as far as you can. Squeeze your tricep, and return to the starting position. Complete for desired repetitions on each arm.
