Day Fifteen: Scenery helps
If you need to, then change gyms, change partners, change clothes, change the music. Visual and emotional stimulation might be exactly what you need to do this exercise with enthusiasm and purpose.
Barbell Bicep Curls- Stand with feet hip with apart, and grasp bar with a shoulder width, underhand grip. Slowly curl the bar up towards your chest, until your forearms are vertical. Lower arms until fully extended and repeat for desired repetitions.
TRAINING TIP: Don’t swing your arms to complete the reps. Lighten the weight to be able to use proper form.
