Day Eleven: Excited to exercise or committed to change?
Truth be told, I’m not always excited about heading to the gym or eating veggies and chicken breast, but I do get committed to seeing the results as they gradually come, especially when I’ve clearly determined WHY I do what I do. So, regardless of whether or not you feel excited about what we are going to do next, get committed to the expected results.
Dumbbell Lateral Raises- Stand with feet hip width apart. Grasp dumbbells in front of your thighs, elbows slightly bent. Raise upper arms to your sides, until your elbows are shoulder height. Slowly lower and repeat.
