Day Eight: ReBoot

Here is a day that we can really incorporate Day One’s exercise with this day’s mental rebooting exercise. Breath, relax, clear your head, and perform the following. Nothing can be more mind clearing than combining all of what we will do today.

Dumbbell Hammer Curl- Hold two dumbbells by your sides, arms straight, palms facing in, with your feet hip width apart. Keep your elbows by your sides, and raise one arm up towards your chest, keeping your thumb in line with your shoulder. Slowly lower to the starting position, and repeat with the opposite arm. Complete the desired amount of repetitions.
