I'm so proud to share this video of my son Mitch shooting his first fitness cover! He is joined by Leilani, a friend from school, as we shoot for Max Sports & Fitness Magazine. The issue will be on youth sports and training. The Bartram family has now run the gamut...we all have covers!

Clark, you & your family look so good together & you are a very fortunate man. This fantastic video has really made me appreciate what I have in the world & wake up to realise that time is moving on so fast. It's true, we must make the most of each & every day we are lucky enough to be here. Life is no "dress-rehearsal".

Oh my gosh!!! I just watched this video for the first time in a couple of years and I just balled my eyes out!! It is so amazing how fast the kids grow. Make the most of everyday and love your children and spouse every day (even when they are a pain in the butt) hahahaha It goes by soooo fast. Now I'm really feeling old :( Thanks again Jason Ellis!
