I'm just a average guy (43 yrs old), My goal is to be healthy,fit, and toned. I'm currently about 15-20 pounds over weight. I exercise 5-6 times per week (30 mins cardio and 30 mins lifting &/or straps).
I'm so proud to share this video of my son Mitch shooting his first fitness cover! He is joined by Leilani, a friend from school, as we shoot for Max Sports & Fitness Magazine. The issue will be on youth sports and training. The Bartram family has now run the gamut...we all have covers!
