Thanks for the positive feedback, I do appreciate it. Ya, it was pretty dry and hot needless to say but I hope people can take away the fact that you can workout anywhere, anytime. I was actually sleeping, had plenty of time to waste and I decided to get a workout in instead and I'm glad I did. 1). I felt better as a result 2) Watching me sleep on a video would be pretty boring, plus I wanted to save the sleeping video for when I was actually in my bed.
