Well I just wanted to add after seeing my web cast, that I meant no disrespect to 'Bodybuilding': Bottom line, without bodybuilding, fitness-modeling would never exist. Fitness-modeling has evolved into its own catagory quite a bit over the last few years and especially with all of the competitions including it now, sometimes even more popular than the bodybuilding divisions. The commercial market for fitness-models has now surpassed bodybuilding, and fitness-modeling allows for an overall healthier and more functional lifestyle. But we should always appreciate who first demonstrated that lean, tone muscle-mass is aesthetically appealling, and, proved that lean-body mass is what primarily drives resting metabolism: Bodybuilders broke all that ground for us going back many decades, and the science that came with it, we are all benefiting from.
