Get Some Abs!

simple yet effective video clark! the straps are great! the thing is 1) not only is this a "ab/core" workout but you also get a great muscular endurance workout with your upper body (shoulders/arms,etc.)

plus, planks with the straps? awesome! usually when a person does planks on the ground you have your feet planted on the ground, so in a way your actually get an assist from your feet and legs, similar to a assisted pushup with your knees on the ground, with the straps and your feet off the ground in the air, you really got to work it, not only fighting your own bodyweight but gravity as well.
