..Clark that's Cruel of you to put poor Eddie through it . Just to show you the difference between functional training and conventional bodybuilding . I'm soo looking forward to incorporate the VPS into my JamCore training routine when i shoot them in the very near future . And I want you Clark to host the whole thing ..For once I'll be the one doing the exercises .

I work out on my straps every night when I get home from the hospital and the shaking definitely goes away after a little bit. I will say it still challenges me as I increase that angle. My weightvest is going to be needed here in the next month or so.
I am going to put together either an article or a video explaining why we shake so bad from a neuromuscular level. Look for it here.

That was so funny, but he jumped on there and said, "let me do it." It just takes a few times (for most fit people) to get the hang of it. I'm using mine daily and inventing some pretty cool stuff, so maybe we can share notes. When you get time it would be great to get some video of you explaining the "vacillating effect" and also showing some of your routines. Thanks...

Just wanted to let you know how much I have been enjoying the straps! Got them on Monday and have used them Tues/Weds/Thursday. It has been nice to get out of the gym and ride my bike to various parks in the area each day and use the straps combined with various cardio/conditioning exercises.
