hey clark, great video here are some comments from little ole me!

1) like that shirt, i have shirts entitled " be excellent" on the front myself.

2) how heavy is that slosh pipe? i could see how it would be more difficult walking backwards!

3) love greek food that video was making my mouth water. basically greek food is like the mediterranean diet which is supposed to be probably the most healthiest diet/nutrition lifestyle in the world!

4) does shark taste just like chicken? LOL! never had it before!

as always thanks for bringing us all along! by the way keep your "dignity " when walking with the slosh pipe! LOL!

have a great day clark, anita and bartram clan! larry

Slosh pipe was probably only twenty, twenty five pounds or so. The shark actually tastes like the most tender beef ever because of the way he prepares it. I have plenty more of these videos on the way as Max at Ambition Athletics has a bunch of fun and challenging things for me to try. Keep your eyes open. Plus I'm planning on making some changes to the site very soon.

Thanks Clark

O boy! Clark, you are making my mouth water!
Why the hell am I in London where Sharks are not even an option?!!! This lunch of kings looks awsome. Someday asap I'll call in to that resturant to try it out myself!!!

That slosh stick is awesome, I think I am going to have to make one of those! ;)

I have had first hand experience with Clark and Anita at that restaurant and the food is delicious! I am glad we share the same love for Greek food! I think next time I am in town, I am going to have to try that shark! Yum.

Thanks for the tips Clark.
