Understanding the facts about cancer will help us better prevent this deadly 

disease. Here are some facts and solutions to prevent cancer : 

 

1) Did you know that every person has cancer cells in their body?

 

Until these cancer cells have multiplied to a few billion they will not show in the standard 

tests. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in 

their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the 

cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size. 

 

2) Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment.

 

Exercising daily, keeping our body ph alkaline and deep breathing help get more oxygen down to 

the cellular level. Cancer cells cannot grow when our ph level is alkaline. Having 

a diet made of 80% fresh vegetables, juice, whole grain, seeds, nuts and a little 

fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% form cooked food 

including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provides live enzymes that can easily be 

absorbed in a cellular level within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance healthy cell 

growth Try drinking fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including beans 

sprouts) and eat raw vegetables 2 to 3 times a day to obtain live enzymes for

3) Having a strong immune system cancer cells will be destroyed and 

prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

 

When a person has cancer it indicates, the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors. By changing our diets and including

I went to Deana in search of much needed help. As a long distance runner and in a quest to maintain low bf, I ran my metabolism into the ground. At the tune of around 1500 cal per day. This was with 8 to 9 mi per day of cardio. Any slight deviation from this total, I would put on bf rapidly. I took my body to the edge of starvation, saving all my food to one large meal at night. I was doing everything wrong and eating the wrong foods as well. My metabolism was crawling, I had the testosterone level of an 80 year old man and a sky high cortisol level. I had serious digestive issues as well.

Deana broke my daily food into five equal meals based on blood type. We started at 1500 cal and slowly built up from there. I cut back on the amount of cardio and added more resistance training all while adding calories as my metabolism increased. Where we started and where we are now....

I started at 138 lbs, 9% bf, 280 test level, and 1500 cal per day.
12 months later, I am at 155 lbs, 5.3% bf, 640 test level and 3750 cal per day.

Without Deana, I'm not sure where my health would be at right now. The changes have been amazing. Everyone has noticed the 22+ lbs of muscle I have put on. Hi Blake,

Keeping your ph balanced and slightly alkaline is very important for muscle development. Everyone’s protein gram value varies depending on weight, body fat percentage, blood type and how often you weight train. Most people are told to eat a great deal of protein in which the kidneys try to lower the mild acidity formed from the diet. One however cannot see in blood or urine that they are acidic because of the body’s ability to clear acid away. Over time though, the bodies’ ability lessons and the result is an environment fit for infection, illness and moreover, cancer. We are told in the body building community that protein necessitates hypertrophy, which is true but the amount, is key in reaping the benefits of building lean body mass.  For example, too much protein can also cause kidney stones and an increase in body fat in addition to the later “side effects” discussed.

America in general eats too much protein.  The kind of protein is important as well.  We should consume protein that has a high protein efficiency ratio referred to as PER. PER can vary especially according to your blood type and how the supplemental protein you drink is manufactured; meaning how broken down and absorbable the peptides are. The kind of vegetables you eat can neutralize the acid from amino acid also and the kind of water you drink as well.  Most water we drink today we cannot hydrate from due to its ph being below seven whereby lye is added artificially to neutralize it.
