Little Tommy goes back twenty plus years to re-live his start in radio with the hopes of helping these kids from various backgrounds realize they too can some day work in radio and television. Everyone at Channel 8 and JACK FM did an amazing job showing these young people the many different facets of their industry, and that is what the Hopes and Dreams Academy is all about!
