Here is a video that I think you will all enjoy. As fitness enthusiast, we know how important
goals are in achieving our best body for HEALTH, a Bodybuilding Show, for a Photo, and etc...

We also know that there are people that actually go ahead accomplish their goals. Then there are THOSE that just don't. SO, this can APPLY in any aspect of our lives.

Feeling Excited!

Today, I woke up really early 4:30am. I had to get to work early. I am feeling excited about working out. I took a few moments to appreciate what I have( my functional human body, my health, great relationships, and etc ) before my workout.

So, I did some bodyweight circuits: 15 reps of squating with a medicine ball, 12 reps ab roller, 15 reps of perfect pushups, and then running up and down stairs 3 times. I did this circuit 3 more times.

I got ready for work and I am feeling GREAT!

Back/Shoulder Workout

Today, I woke up early as usual. I did a back and shoulder workout

4 Sets/10,6,8,4 Romanian Deadlifts I hit a new max (315lbs) since hitting the gym again., 3 Supersets/ 6-8 reps of Wide Grip Barbell Row and Cable Close Grip Rows, 7 Sets/ 7reps of Assited Pull Ups. 4 sets 10,8,6,4 Machine Shoulder Press, 3 Tri-Sets 8 reps of Alternating Front raises, 8 reps of Single Side Laterals, 8 reps of Sinlge Angle Side Laterals, 3 sets 10 reps, dumbbel rear delts. 1-2min rest on Deadlifts and Shoulder press. Then 30-45 sec rest for all other exercises.

On Saturday, I took a day off.

On Sunday,

Chest/Triceps/Biceps Workout: 4 Set/10,8,6,4 reps of Bench Press on the 4th set I did a Drop Set., 3 Supersets/6-8 reps of Incline Bench and Decline Bench, 3 Supersets 10-12reps of Dumbbell Flyes and Push Ups, 3 Supersets/6-8reps of Weighted Dips and Seated Barbell Curls. 3 Supersets/6-8reps of Skull Crushers and Incline Dumbbell Curls. 3 Supersets/8-10reps of Cable Tricep Pulldowns and Cable Bicep Curls. 1-2 mins rest for Bench Press and 30-45 sec rest for all other exercises.

I was feeling really strong and pumped.

I am Feeling GREAT!

Today, I woke up and immediately took amino acids, L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine, CLA. 10 minutes later, I took Kre-Alkalyn, Beta Alanine, and Neuro.

I did cardio today. I did 15 reps of squats with a medicine ball, ran up and down stairs 3 times near my home, 10 reps AbRoller, and 15 reps of Perfect Push Ups. I did this circuit 3 more times.
I was soaked, exhausted, but I felt great.

Then, I made my protein shake with strawberries, blackberries, flax seed/cactus powder. I took my multi-vit, tribulus, 7-keto.

Got ready for work, then took off to work. I am Feeling GREAT!

CAME BACK STRONGER...HMMMM!

Today, I woke up and immediately took amino acids, L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine, CLA. 10 minutes later, I took Kre-Alkalyn and Beta Alanine. Then, I took off to the Gym to do my leg workout.

Leg Workout: 4 Set/10,8,6,3 reps of Squats( I hit a 3 max rep at 295lbs) Yahooo!,
3 Supersets/6-8 reps of Leg Presses and Weighted Walking Lunges, 7 sets of 7 reps Light weight Hack Squats, 2 Supersets 10-12reps of Leg Curls and Leg Extensions,. 1-2 mins rest for squats and 30-45 sec rest for all other exercises.

Ok today, I did a back workout. I was short on time and had to go to work early.

Getting back on Track

Getting back on Track after an exciting weekend in Anahiem at the Hyatt. Took off early to Anahiem on saturday. So, I had an evening workout after the Event. I did a HIIT cardio session on the Elliptical. 5 minute warm up, 3 mins moderate intensity, 1 min high intensity, did this 5 more times, and finished with 5 min cooldown. I was drenched.

I didn't get a very good night sleep at the Hotel. So, I took the day off and enjoyed the event. Then, came back home.

Today, I did my usual shake and supplements. The only difference is the protien source I used.

Rested!

I woke and took my usual supplements and protien shake. I took another day off. I am finally feeling well rested and ready to hit it tomorrow.

I will be attending a 2-day event in Anahiem this weekend. So, I will do a bodyweight circuit tomorrow morning because I will be short on time. Hit the Hyatt gym on Sunday.
