Ok What I did get myself into ! A client of mine approached me and asked if I knew about Bikram yoga . My answer was " Yeah Hot Yoga right ! where bunch of people get together in a room and sweat their butts of !!" She said Nope , its more than that and its completely different than hot yoga . I was like ok ..why you asking me this ? She goes I want you to come with me ! I said ok ..

630 am ..Just wake up , which is abnormal to me usually its 330 am to get going with training . But this morning I said Im staying IN , while enjoying my coffee and a nice bowl of oatmeal with protein in it , I decided to write this .

we do what we do ? The first time i met Clark it was an opener for me , i saw myself in him . I saw a guy who loves what he does , and since that day we became very good friends . We are both driven by the same passion which is , making this world a better place where people are healthy enough to love and help each other in peace and harmony.

.. Im glad your site is taking off . Looks great , but one thing Im really jealous of the WAKE BOARDING WAS SICK ! I couldn't even get out of the water never mind , standing on the board .
