Just wanted to let you all know that I've been doing some maintenance on my site, so you'll be seeing some changes.
1). Faster server so no lagging on videos
2). gonna get rid of the ads...finally
3). Gonna change the look
4). Upgrade the store, change products
5). Just an overhaul.

Well, as many of you already know (by watching the video I did about it) The Hopes and Dreams Academy has come to life. The idea behind this "outreach" program is to provide opportunities to "at risk" and underprivileged youth, throughout the greater San Diego area, to experience life's many opportunities through "filed trips" that we arrange. "Little Tommy" Sablan and myself brainstormed this idea a few months back and yesterday was the first real outing.

Apparently Vancouver police have found the body of Andrew Koenig in Stanley Park. I'm saddened to hear of this tragedy as I had the chance to get to know Andrew while working with him on Batman Dead End. Andrew was a professional in every sense of the word and took acting very seriously.
My condolences go out to his family and loved ones. May God be with them during this hard time!

Man, that was THE BEST half-time sow ever! 65 year old Roger Daltry, 64 year old Pete Townsend KLILLED IT! Man, how can a 64 year old man spin his arm like that so many times without dislocating it. Bravo to The Who.

Just wanted to give everyone an update as to what is happening with the site. We have grown amazingly over the past couple of years and that is much due in part to you coming here for advice, entertainment, workouts and fun. I truly enjoy providing you with all of that content and hope that you enjoy all of the effort that me and my web team are putting forth.

Many people have been e-mailing me and asking about supplements. I would prefer you got them here, but yes bodybuilding.com is cheaper.
