hi everybody! just thought i would post some thoughts. been sick for a week now! which means no working out! bummer! i never get sick too, i mean i'm one of those people who gets sick like every few years, but i've got it bad right now.
went to the doc who said i have not only a bad cold, but bronchitis! so just taking it easy and resting up, eating healthy food, tons of juice/antioxidants/vitamin c and taking prescribed meds.
i can totally pinpoint the reason for my current sickness too. it's the combination of 3 things
1)stress 2)lack of sleep and 3) changing fall weather.
i think these 3 things are the usual culprits in any one getting sick, along with bad diet and no exercise. i eat well and exercise so it's just the first 3 i've been prey too lately.
need to take care of myself all the way around you know!
