Giving Back to the Community!

Since I started "No Mullarkey" Personal Training 2 years ago, I have learned so much. Never in my life did I think I would be able to quit my "Day Job" and do what I love for a living. My business has slowly grown over the past 2 years and it has been such an amazing learning experience. I have grown so much as a business woman and a trainer. I am now so busy I am looking at hiring help, I never saw that coming!

I was training a client about 2 months ago and he asked me if I wouldn't mind donating a training package to a silent auction for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Phoenix. I told him that I would love to. Just by donating my time, I was able to help a great cause. About a month later I was contacted by the woman that won the package. We just finished her training package and she decided to continue training with me.

It just goes to show that giving back to the community can actually give back to you. I have learned that while donating to a good cause I was also able to build my business. I just donated to another fund raiser for Autism and that client also decided to continue training with me.

If you are a business owner or just looking to do a good deed, be sure and give back to your community. There are so many people that don't have the luxuries we do. Just by donating a little bit of your time you can really make a difference is someone's life! What goes around comes around!
