I'm 38 and have been training since I was 14. I've done most of the routines with my favorite being one body part a day. People always said I looked good but I feel I never really hit my full potential. I have been reading up recently on old school training especially on how this bodybuilder Reg Park trained in the 50's. He worked out only 3 times a week using compound exercises, natural, and won Mr universe contests. This is one routine I have never tried. I'm looking to see if I can put some mass on and I read the guys back then put serious size on with this kind of training. Any out there ever try this kind of training?
