Actual fitness can be achieved by maintaining proper diet and by regular exercise.

I think fitness models have their muscles toned in certain ways so they appear more prominently but won't have the strength of properly developed muscles through hard work and proper use of steroids. I think this idea is great. I've always wondered if models are actually as strong as the look or is it that they just have an extremely low body fat. I think it would be a great idea to have non-models (but people that are physically strong and healthy) against the people that claim to be in the best possible shape. The other idea of models vs models is awesome too. Try this... Maybe have military men and woman go against these models. See if America's healthiest can compete with America's bravest.
