Back/Shoulder Workout

Today, I woke up early as usual. I did a back and shoulder workout

4 Sets/10,6,8,4 Romanian Deadlifts I hit a new max (315lbs) since hitting the gym again., 3 Supersets/ 6-8 reps of Wide Grip Barbell Row and Cable Close Grip Rows, 7 Sets/ 7reps of Assited Pull Ups. 4 sets 10,8,6,4 Machine Shoulder Press, 3 Tri-Sets 8 reps of Alternating Front raises, 8 reps of Single Side Laterals, 8 reps of Sinlge Angle Side Laterals, 3 sets 10 reps, dumbbel rear delts. 1-2min rest on Deadlifts and Shoulder press. Then 30-45 sec rest for all other exercises.
