On Saturday, I took a day off.
On Sunday,
Chest/Triceps/Biceps Workout: 4 Set/10,8,6,4 reps of Bench Press on the 4th set I did a Drop Set., 3 Supersets/6-8 reps of Incline Bench and Decline Bench, 3 Supersets 10-12reps of Dumbbell Flyes and Push Ups, 3 Supersets/6-8reps of Weighted Dips and Seated Barbell Curls. 3 Supersets/6-8reps of Skull Crushers and Incline Dumbbell Curls. 3 Supersets/8-10reps of Cable Tricep Pulldowns and Cable Bicep Curls. 1-2 mins rest for Bench Press and 30-45 sec rest for all other exercises.
I was feeling really strong and pumped.
Today, I got did a cardio circuit: 15 reps Squats with a Medicine Ball, 12 reps ab roller, 15 reps perfect push-ups, and ran up and down stairs nearby my home 3 times. I did this circuit 3 times.
I am feeling Great keeping my workouts short and intense.
