Today, I woke up and immediately took amino acids, L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine, CLA. 10 minutes later, I took Kre-Alkalyn, Beta Alanine, and Neuro.
I did cardio today. I did 15 reps of squats with a medicine ball, ran up and down stairs 3 times near my home, 10 reps AbRoller, and 15 reps of Perfect Push Ups. I did this circuit 3 more times.
I was soaked, exhausted, but I felt great.
Then, I made my protein shake with strawberries, blackberries, flax seed/cactus powder. I took my multi-vit, tribulus, 7-keto.
Got ready for work, then took off to work. I am Feeling GREAT!

OMG that is a lot of supplements you take! Are you sure you need that many?
Never heard of anybody taking so many supplements. Be careful:)

I get nervous as I get older because even with taking very careful steps, an injury can happen at any giving second!! I wake up once in a while with a muscle pull, and I'm like where did this come from? I make sure I'm well warmed up these days. I used to never stretch, now I do all the time. Glad to hear you are back strong!
