Today, I woke up and immediately took amino acids, L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine, CLA. 10 minutes later, I took Kre-Alkalyn and Beta Alanine. Then, I took off to the Gym to do my leg workout.
Leg Workout: 4 Set/10,8,6,3 reps of Squats( I hit a 3 max rep at 295lbs) Yahooo!,
3 Supersets/6-8 reps of Leg Presses and Weighted Walking Lunges, 7 sets of 7 reps Light weight Hack Squats, 2 Supersets 10-12reps of Leg Curls and Leg Extensions,. 1-2 mins rest for squats and 30-45 sec rest for all other exercises.
Got home, I took L-Carnitine and L-Glutamine asap. Then, I made my protein shake with strawberries, blackberries, flax seed/cactus powder. I took my multi-vit, tribulus, 7-keto.
I WAS EXCITED THAT MY INJURY DID NOT HOLD BE BACK. I ACTUALLY CAME BACK STRONGER....HMMMMM
