I Need to Slow it down a Notch

I admit I became a huge fan of doing sprints since Clark's post at the beginning of June. Where before I started sprints, I would do the bike, or jog for twenty minutes every other day. I hated doing cardio, it was so boring. So sprinting made it into a challenge and fun. But I started doing them everyday, lots of them. Granted I started leaning up quite quickly, but I also noticed muscle tone was dropping as well. But I loved getting up early and doing them every morning. On lifting days, I would run afterwards. But I knew I was going a bit overboard, and after researching them, and even posts on Clark's site by Obi, I can definitely see I could be counterproductive with my sprinting addiction. So I'm going to TRY to go back to normal by lifting 3 days a week, and sprinting 3 days a week only doing 8-10 100 meter sprints per cardio workout. I'll see what happens.

Nice Move

Nice Move! Once we begin to see results we tend to go overboard and be counterproductive. We end up forgetting how we got there. I sometimes forget that my growth and healing occurs during my resting periods.
