After taking a much needed day off from any kind of training yesterday, I was up at 4 AM and banged out an intense back and chest workout without a break and only 10 seconds of rest in between sets for about a have hour (which included 200 crunches, 100 oblique crunches, and 100 leg lifts at the end of the workout.) Then it was off to the track where I started with 6 all out 100 meter sprints coming in at an average of 10-11 seconds for each one. Then I did 5 -200 meter sprints averaging 21-22 seconds. Then I polished it off with 3-400 meter sprints which I didn't time, and almost passed out during the last two. But it's all part of the experience!! I know this is definitely overtraining, but I'm off today, so I can rest. Some days I just wake up with alot of energy and have to take advantage of it !!
