Getting back on Track after an exciting weekend in Anahiem at the Hyatt. Took off early to Anahiem on saturday. So, I had an evening workout after the Event. I did a HIIT cardio session on the Elliptical. 5 minute warm up, 3 mins moderate intensity, 1 min high intensity, did this 5 more times, and finished with 5 min cooldown. I was drenched.
I didn't get a very good night sleep at the Hotel. So, I took the day off and enjoyed the event. Then, came back home.
Today, I did my usual shake and supplements. The only difference is the protien source I used.
My workout was Bodyweight squats with a 10lb medicine ball for 20 reps, 20reps of the Perfect Push Ups, and luckly I remember to use the stairs that go up to the Clubhouse nearby. So, I went up and down the stairs 3 times. I did this cicuit three more times. At the end, I was drenched and it took me only 20 minutes. I will be adding my ab roller exercise to this circuit for my next session.
I will do another session this evening. Tomorrow, I will do my Chest/Tricep,Bicep workout.
