I've become pretty addicted to doing sprints since the beginning of June. I guess there could be worse things to become addicted to. I decided to set on doing them six mornings a week in a cycle of 10- 100m sprints on Monday, 5- 200m on Tuesday, 3- 400m on Wednesday, then back to the 100s on Thursday. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be split upper body workouts. I like getting up as daylight breaks, and being the only one on the track. It's a great way to start the day.

The Sprint Addict!
We might have to create a rehab program for Sprint addicts, lol. Just Kidding. Awesome training, I hear that sprints are a good way to get lean muscle, as well.
