Wednesday's workout for me was in my home gym & consisted of back & shoulders. It's the final session before I change things up a little & train one bodypart per day.
After a good breakfast & some strong coffee, I began with 4 sets of lat pulldowns (12,10,8,6 reps), followed by 4 sets of dumbell military presses ( same rep range).
4 sets of barbell rows & 4 sets of side laterals were next before the 3 killer supersets of good mornings & dumbell front raises. (10-12 rep range).
Lastly I blasted out 4 heavy sets of dumbell shrugs, & headed to my kitchen to re-fuel! (-Loving the glutamine & protein shakes made by Sci-Mx right now.)
Tonight, I will perform a short, intense ab workout.
I'm now very much looking forward to starting the new programme with the emphasis on building, & I'll keep you posted on my progress.
Good wishes to all your training.

Home Training
I started working out at home a few months back because I decided it's the only way I'd be able to stay consistant these days. I was so accustomed to training in a gym which I had been doing since I was 14. I'm 37 now. I would spend a good hour or two in the gym 2 hours a night six nights a week. But now being married with kids, consistancy at the gym wasn't happening. So I started waking up early to do it at home. I didn't think I'd be able to get the same results at home because I was missing the atmosphere. But I actually enjoy working out at home more then the gym now.
I hear you there bro. No

Hi Jose. My rest periods are pritty short, - under a minute on most sets. It does keep the heart-rate up. As I said though, I intend to begin my new programme this week which will focus much more on building. Good luck with the circuits bro. Im sure it will help you get cut up. I find that caffine before working out does wonders for the metabolism too.
(Nice to have you n facebook to mate!)
