Great that you guys are sharing training schedules etc here.
Today, mine consisted of a typical mountain bike climb near my London home. Left the house soon after breakfast, & began with a steep climb up a pritty busy freeway. (No better way to make you wake up!)
A 10-15 minute ride on the flat got the blood pumping & took me to the hills where I climbed for 5 solid minutes, followed by a downhill freewheel for 2.
I continued this similar pattern for 20 more minutes, then made the sweet & very welcomed journey back to my home.
This short intense work out is something I love & really clears the "cobwebs". It takes a little longer than the sprints, but I find is alot easier on my knees.
After a shower, my glutamine & 3 good nutritious meals throughout the rest of the day, I intend to get my ab workout in this evening.
Back into the weight room tomorrow.
All the best guys...

Thanks guys. Yeah, it is a real physical challenge & beats the monotomy of the stationary bike. The only problem I have is that Im dependant on the weather. Oakly eyewear & rain don't mix too well!
