Learning the Hard Way

Hi Everyone,

I've been somewhat apprehensive wanting to share this information. However, the more I started thinking my experience could possibly act as a detourant for someone's bad habits, it will be worth it.

Early this week, I posted on my MyFittribe blog, as to why I haven't been communicative lately. Let's just say, my bad habits (nutrition especially), caught up with me in a big way. A bad diet, little sleep, off-and-on workouts, helped create a perfect cocktail for a very painful condition.

SO...my hope for you that read the blog, is if you or someone you know has bad habits, read of my episodes with Diverticulitis. It's been a HUGE wake-up call and I'm currently doing what I should've been doing for some time....taking care of my health. If you do not have that, you really don't get to enjoy life to it's fullest.
