I have been able to look all over the internet to find information on muscle recovery after exercise. I have found that on average it takes from 24 hours on, depending on the intensity of the exercise, and the individual. What I am unable to find, is how long does it take for the tendons/ligaments/nervous system to recover after a strenuous exercise. Does it take less time ? Is it longer? What are your thoughts on this ?
Hope everyone is having a great weekend .

Blood Flow
Connective Tissue may not get the same amount of blood flow which allows nutrient/waste exchange, as say, the muscles themselves. Nerve damage, that's a whole other realm.
