I'm still here!!

Hey, I know I haven't been here in a while, been kind of busy. I started my group training classes about 7 weeks ago!! It's going really well and we are having a lot of fun and getting a good work out! I have to say I was a little nervous at first because I've only done one on one training but I really like it and they all seen to be enjoying it too. I myself haven't set foot in the gym in about 2 months. I have been working out here at home. Actually I have been getting some really good work outs because sometimes at the gym I won't do certain exercises because I feel uncomfortable doing them but at home I can do anything and everything! I'm sure I'll be heading back to the gym in the near future but it's been a nice change.

I also wanted to say thanks to all you who have said so many nice things to Clark about him loosing his Dad! It really did make him feel good.

Well gotta go. I'll try not to take so long before getting on here again.
