So, still on vacation but still frequenting clarkbartram.com. I've been trying to do impromptu workouts at least every other day. When at home, I'll usually do different body parts on different days so that each group can get overworked and then have time to recover properly.
The workouts I've been doing here have been basic full body workouts. My typical workout will start out with a .5 mile jog to a park. Then a couple supersets of Chin Ups and Push Ups, then Lunges and squats, then parallel dips, and finally some hanging crunches. Finally, a .5 mile back to where I'm staying.
I'm not sure if that's inefficient or ineffective. Should I keep with doing legs one day, arms another, shoulders and back the next, and then abs on a different day? Any input would be appreciated.

Just push yourself
You can do a full body workout or do an upper body one day and a lower body the next. I would also add some sprints in there as well. Keep it short and sweet but intense as well and you should be fine. The workout your are doing looks pretty effective as well so either way you should be fine.
I'm happy you are staying active while you are away. Did you take your VEGAS Pro Straps along with you?

I actually...
...had to leave town before they arrived. I'm hoping they'll be waiting for me when I get home. I honestly can't wait. Looks like Greg Collins ordered his at the same time, so I bet they've been delivered already.
I think I'll try breaking my workout up the next couple days and incorporate some sprints. Thanks for the advice!
