I haven't been on here in a while. Health issues out of nowhere took me down for some time. We used to regularly hit this site with our current exercise routines and tips to keep us all going. I now have alot of work ahead of me. I have about 40 pounds to drop. So I dropped by to get a little inspiration from Clark and the crew! I was giving the P90X dvds as a gift. Has anyone here tried it?

If there are some on clark's site here who haven't picked up a copy of his film Hunter Prey, it is being rotated on showtime now. It is a good sci fi movie. Good work, Clark! Almost didn't recognize you with the long hair and the beard.

spring is almost here and then summertime! cannot wait for summer! besides all the outdoor activity, can't wait for the great summer movies and the great summer concerts i go to! well, everyone have a good day!

I'm currently in San Antonio, TX and I would like to attend some kind of fitness expo or show even. Does anyone know of anything coming to central/ south Texas in the next couple months or could you point me to a website that facilitates nationwide events. Thanks!

When I came to Seattle, I felt that I was doing the right thing for myself. I felt things would be better and create a lot more opportunities and open doors. All of that has happened but it’s been inconsistent and slowly happening. I don’t mind having certain things take time, however, my reasoning for being in a big city was to listen to my heart and ignore what my head was telling me.

Lately I've been in a rut with my chest workouts so I decided to dust off my Vegas Pro Straps and through a wrench in routine. It was funny to see the confusion people had while I was setting them up at 24 Hour Fitness, I guess suspension training isn't getting the attention it deserves.. I decided to do a few sets at the end of my chest workout which was two days ago and I'm still paying for it now. I would suggest suspension training to anyone experienceing a platue.
