Hey, does anybody know of a good fake tanning lotion or cream? I usually use Jergens or the Loreal kind (which tends to streak), but I would like to try something new. What kind do you use Clark? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

I have to say since meeting Clark so many incredible things have happened to me in regards to being a fitness model. I truly believe that the things that are happening to me are due to the result of meeting Clark. Prior to first meeting Clark in April I really was trying to figure out a way to be in the fitness magazines and break in the industry.

Just got home from work and found a package awaiting my arrival. I opened it and found the Vegas Pro Straps that I had been very impatiently waiting for. LOL... I am now on the way to the gym to try them out. I will keep you posted.

Terrible ten, here I come....

So, still on vacation but still frequenting clarkbartram.com. I've been trying to do impromptu workouts at least every other day. When at home, I'll usually do different body parts on different days so that each group can get overworked and then have time to recover properly.

The workouts I've been doing here have been basic full body workouts. My typical workout will start out with a .5 mile jog to a park. Then a couple supersets of Chin Ups and Push Ups, then Lunges and squats, then parallel dips, and finally some hanging crunches. Finally, a .5 mile back to where I'm staying.

The two top contestants in the international contest called the Most Desirable Man In the World Competition was interviewed on the Greg Mantell show. This will be the first fitness modeling competition ever on a televised network which will be in San Franciso in November. Obi Obadike

is the mantra for Olympic Silver Medalist Dara Torres. I love that statement and I love the fact that a 41 year old woman put a whoopin on a field of athletes that could have all been her daughters, especially the 16 year old a few lanes over.

When was the last time you had your blood pressure checked? If you remember it being around the time that Ronald Reagan said “Mr. Gorbachiev, tear down this wall!”, I would say you have some catching up to do!

I'm leaving on a plane to Canada in about 7 hours. I'll be going with my girlfriend to visit her family there. I'm pretty excited because I've never visited that country and it'll be nice to take some partial time off (I'll actually be working part-time while I'm there).

However, I don't want to slip out of my fitness routine while I'm "kicking back". I don't anticipate sneaking out at dinner to hit up a gym, but I think I'll try to incorporate some body weight exercises and jogging on my normal gym days.

Ok What I did get myself into ! A client of mine approached me and asked if I knew about Bikram yoga . My answer was " Yeah Hot Yoga right ! where bunch of people get together in a room and sweat their butts of !!" She said Nope , its more than that and its completely different than hot yoga . I was like ok ..why you asking me this ? She goes I want you to come with me ! I said ok ..

I was driving down the street today, in a business meeting, when my phone rang. I thought to myself "I shouldn't answer this cause it's rude, I'm driving and it's illegal."  However when I saw it was my friend Obi I decided to break the law, interrupt my meeting and answer it anyway and I'm glad I did. When I picked it up Obi just went into thanking me for helping him in his career, and he really meant every word he said...I could feel it in his words.
