Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I've filled you in on everything that’s been going on. I have a ton of fun and exciting things to share with you, including a great new way for you and everyone you know to get in the best shape of your lives.

First of all, my wife Anita and I are on the cover of Max Sport & Fitness’s new 40+ Issue. This is our fourth cover together and Anita just keeps getting better. She’s been busy training clients…and raising our two fast-growing kids!

My 15-year-old daughter will be qualifying for the California State Track and Field Championships this year. She’s a terrific sprinter and I’m really proud of her. My 12-year-old son lives for football. I’ve been on his coaching staff since he was five, and it’s been a thrill for me to watch his skills and his teamwork improve over the years.

In other news, my latest project is the culmination of 10 years of dreaming, planning, and effort. I've finally launched my own "body transformation challenge," and I'm very excited about the interest and enthusiasm it’s generating.
