Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press- Holding two dumbbells, stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bring the dumbbells up to head height, with your elbows in a 90 degrees position. At the same time, extend through your elbows to lift the weights overhead. Slowly lower to the starting position, and repeat for desired repetitions.
