Day Twelve: Choices
You have another choice to make today, will you do the following exercise or not!? Will you add it to your current routine and do it with intention, or will you go through the motions? Kinda like life!
Dumbbell Step Up- Stand facing a bench, holding dumbbells at your sides. Place one foot on the bench, and extend through that hip and knee to drive yourself up, and place the other foot up on the bench. Step down from the bench, and repeat with opposite foot leading. Alternate legs for desired repetitions.
