Dumbbell Pullover on Ball- Lie with your upper back supported by a stability ball, in a bridge position. Hold one dumbbell with hands under the inner plate of the dumbbell. Hold the dumbbell over your chest, with your elbows slightly bent. Keeping your elbows slightly bent, lower the dumbbell over and beyond your head, until your upper arms are in line with your torso. Pull the dumbbell up and over your chest. Repeat for desire repetitions.
